8/20/2007 - EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A staff sergeant from the 354th Medical Operations Squadron received Article 15 punishment for improper use of government e-mail, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; having an unprofessional relationship with a senior noncommissioned officer, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; and for committing adultery, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of senior airman.

An airman first class from the 354th Medical Support Squadron received Article 15 punishment for having an unprofessional relationship with a senior noncommissioned officer, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman and a reprimand.

A master sergeant from the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron received Article 15 punishment for improper use of government e-mail, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; two specifications of having an unprofessional relationship, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; providing a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; and committing adultery, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of technical sergeant and forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman first class from the 354th CES received Article 15 punishment for two specifications of damaging government property, in violation of Article 108, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $450.00 pay and fourteen days extra duty.

An airman first class from the 354th CES received Article 15 punishment for underage drinking, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Fourteen days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 354th CES received Article 15 punishment for providing alcohol to a minor, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman and ten days extra duty.

An airman first class from the 354th CES received Article 15 punishment for providing alcohol to a minor, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; providing a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; and damaging government property, in violation of Article 108, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman and twenty-eight days extra duty.

An airman first class from the 354th CES received Article 15 punishment for underage drinking, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; providing a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; and damaging government property, in violation of Article 108. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman and twenty-one days extra duty.

An airman first class from the 354th Force Support Squadron received Article 15 punishment for sleeping on post, in violation of Article 113, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman, fourteen days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 354th Maintenance Operations Squadron received Article 15 punishment for providing alcohol to a minor, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for failing to go to his appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman first class and suspended forfeitures of $864.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman first class from the 354th Security Forces Squadron received Article 15 punishment while deployed for inhaling an aerosol propellant, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The deployed commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman and forfeiture of $729.00 pay per month for two months.
