The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The fourth Wednesday of each month after noon are training days. This and any other closures will be posted to the 354 MDG Facebook page.

Parking is located at the front of the building. For convenient access to the mental health clinic parking can be found at the back.

In Case of Emergency

The clinic does not provide emergency services. In the event of an emergency, dial 911 or go the nearest emergency room. Patients are asked to contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) within one duty day to report any care received at an emergency room to ensure proper follow-up. To report, call the appointment line at (907) 377-1847.

About the 354th

The 354th Medical Group provides outpatient primary healthcare under the TRICARE program for all eligible beneficiaries living in the Eielson area. In addition, a collocated dental clinic provides general dental care for all active-duty military members. Pharmacy, laboratory, X-ray and immunizations services are located in the clinic. Bassett Army Community Hospital on Fort Wainwright serves as Eielson clinic's primary referral source for specialty and inpatient care.
