U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Anthony Tuero, 13th Fighter Generation Squadron commander, presents the Department of the Air Force Air and Space Achievement Medal decoration to Airman 1st Class Victor Hawkins, 13th FGS crew chief, during RED FLAG-Alaska 22-3 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Aug. 10, 2022. Hawkins was awarded the medal for providing and directing medical care to victims of a car accident involving a moose before emergency medical services responders arrived on the scene.
