Inspector General

The Inspector General's Office is charged with conducting evaluations of the 354th Wing's combat readiness and acts as the primary avenue of redress for grievances and complaints. Additionally, the IG operates a 24-hour Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline.

The IG complaints program is here to help you. You have the right to communicate with us at anytime. Also consider giving your unit or squadron a chance to address your concerns, since they can often resolve them quickly at their level.

• Complaints are dealt with fairly, quickly, and confidentially

• Your identity is protected when requested

• No one can take or threaten to take an unfavorable personnel action or withhold a favorable personnel action for talking to the IG

How to file a complaint:
     1. Make an appointment with the IG Office
     2. Submit an Air Force Form 102
     3. Call the 24-hour FWA hotline at 377-2109

Elements: Prevention/detection of FWA

Goals: Prevent FWA, detect and prosecute FWA practices (to protect the loss of resources)

Role: USAF’s focal point for preventing FWA

Involves: The success of the program lies with each individual within the Air Force
