Mission: Our mission is to support preparation of combat aviation forces by providing full spectrum legal services; ensure the highest caliber of deployable Airmen by promoting legal readiness and discipline; and protect resources enabling Eielson AFB to stage combat forces.
Eligible members Legal service is available to active duty, retirees and their families; members of the Guard (Title 10 status only); and Reserve members on active duty orders.
Wills Wills are prepared by appointment only. Those wishing to make an appointment should visit https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil to fill out a will worksheet and then call (907) 377-4114 or DSN 377-4114 with your ticket number to schedule an appointment.
Powers of Attorney Powers of Attorney are available during office hours.

Claims The DD Form 1840/1840R must be submitted to the carrier within 70 days after delivery of a household goods shipment. This process can now be done online at https://claims.jag.af.mil or through the DPS move http://www.move.mil. The online process only applies to Air Force sponsored moves. Members having trouble filing online may contact the claims office Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Questions regarding the process may be addressed to the Air Force Claims Service Center at 1-877-754-1212.
