U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 297th Engineer Detachment, Firefighting Team, 103d Troop Command, Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) conduct fire and emergency service mission essential training under an observer coach trainer (OCT) in Pearl City, Hawaii, May 5, 2024. The OCT visit from Joint Base Lewis-McChord to Hawaii established a new working relationship between the HIARNG and 1st Army. More
