Soldiers from the Fort Shafter, Hawaii based U.S. Army Pacific Contingency Command Post, U.S. Army Japan’s Disaster Assessment Team from Camp Zama, and members of Joint Task Force Homeland Defense are at Camp Aguinaldo in Manila exercising their ability to form a U.S. Army command element which is part a joint task force stood up in response to a humanitarian assistance and disaster relief mission.
