U.S. Marines with 2d Reconnaissance Battalion and 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, both with 2d Marine Division, participate in Littoral Exercise I (LEX) in Key West, Florida, and Parris Island, South Carolina, Jan. 24-26, 2022. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors experimented with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast. They tested new tactics and training with multi-domain reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance teams in accordance with Force Design 2030. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl.
