This footage was taken in support of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point’s HURREX, hurricane preparation exercise at the Cherry Treehouse, MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, May 16-20, 2022. The Cherry Treehouse was opened at 9 a.m. to facilitate the exercise, which U.S. Marines across the installation volunteered to help set up cots and role-play as members of the community seeking shelter from the hurricane. HURREX is a week-long and held across the installation to increase MCAS Cherry Point’s readiness for Atlantic hurricane season. More

  2. We are happy to announce a traditional airshow will be happening! More details to come!
  3. Ear protection is highly encouraged, especially for children.
  4. We will have food vendors!
  5. Don't forget to hydrate and bring sunscreen!
