U.S. Marines participate in Project Convergence Capstone-4 at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Feb. 23-March 5, 2024. During PC-C4, the Navy-Marine Corps team and Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory tested new concepts, capabilities, and technologies in support of Force Design initiatives and the Joint Warfare concept.
