The Uruzgan based 4th Brigade, 205th Corps continues to march towards independence with twenty-five soldiers graduating from the first Afghan 60mm Mortar course held in the province.

Conducted over two weeks, the 4th Brigade run course provided the soldiers with skills to employ the weapon, known for its light weight and handheld firing features, as they continue successful independent security operations across Uruzgan province.

The soldiers, representing all of the 4th Brigade’s infantry kandaks, applied their new skills to a live fire demonstration at Multi- National Base Tarin Kot on June 17.

Produced by Australian Army Corporal E-06 Chris Moore. Voice Over by Australian Army Captain Kris Gardiner. Also available in High Definition.
