The Staff Sgt. Felicia R. Rivers Airman Leadership School instructors at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, talk about the change in the school’s modernized curriculum as well as the implementation of course standards and expectations, while facilitating a positive professional military education setting during Class 25-B, which took place January through February 2025. During the course, instructors focused on preparing senior airmen to be professional warfighters who can supervise, mentor, and lead joint force teams across the globe.
