Nebraska National Guard and Rwanda Defence Force Announce New Partnership

On Dec. 12, 2019, the Nebraska National Guard and Rwanda Defence Force will sign a partnership agreement officially establishing a new partnership through The National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program. In this video, Maj. Gen. Daryl Bohac, Nebraska adjutant general, describes events leading up to the official announcement, including building a relationship with Rwandan students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
