Twenty-six ships, nine aircraft and more than two thousand sailors from eight NATO Allied and partner nations are taking part in Exercise Breeze, an annual maritime exercise held off the coast of Bulgaria in the Black Sea. Breeze 2020 aims to improve the readiness of all participants. Countries represented include Belgium, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Romania and Turkey. Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2) and Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group (SNMCMG2) also participated. Exercise Breeze runs from 10 to 19 July 2020.
