Senior Airman Ashelle Gray, a Trinidad and Tobago native working as a financial technician in the 319th Comptroller Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., joined the Air Force in 2018 to support her daughter. Three years into her enlistment, Gray is looking forward to a 20-year career that she says will help her develop as a leader and as a person. (U.S. Air Force video by Staff Sgt. Elora J.
