Soldiers with the 38th Infantry Division traveled to Fort Hood, Texas, Monday, May 27, 2019, to begin their next phase in the unit's deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield. The soldiers will be in command and control of nearly 9,000 U.S. service members to foster partnerships among allied nations, deter regional aggression, and increase security and self-reliance throughout the Middle East. More
