U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Christopher Hernandez, a combat videographer with the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), speaks about his job, reenlistment plans and the Commandant's Retention Program (CRP) at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Jan. 24, 2024. Hernandez was selected for the CRP, which recognizes the most talented first-term Marines by offering them a streamlined reenlistment process and meaningful incentives to stay Marine.
