For more than 40 years, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been working hard to be good stewards of the environment. Now more than ever, sustainability is a major part of our business. From alternative energy to climate change, USACE is partnering with state and federal agencies to 'go green'. In this next report, Michelle Helms takes us to an ecosystem restoration project in Portland, Oregon.
