Exercise Bull Shark is a personnel recovery exercise involving members of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, U.S. Navy, Spanish Navy, Spanish Special Operations Maritime Task Unit and the Djiboutian Coast Guard aimed to strengthen interoperability between like-minded partners in the region.
