NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (Aug. 1, 2024) Capt. Stephen Steacy, incoming commanding officer, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, relieves Capt. Odin J. Klug, outgoing commanding officer, NSA Souda Bay, as Rear Adm. Brad J. Collins, commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central, presides during a change of command ceremony onboard NSA Souda Bay, Greece, on Aug. 1, 2024. NSA Souda Bay is an operational ashore installation that enables and supports U.S., allied, coalition, and partner nation forces to preserve security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
