A U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer assigned to the 37th Bomb Squadron takes off at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Dec. 4, 2024. This takeoff marks the first of 17 B-1’s that will be temporarily relocated to Grand Forks AFB, N.D., as Ellsworth prepares the runway for the arrival of the B-21 Raider.
