B-ROLL 231201-N-AS200-1501 POINT MUGU, Calif. (Dec. 1, 2023) - US Secretary of Defense, the Honorable Lloyd J. Austin III, is greeted by Capt. Jason Kranz, chief staff officer, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), upon arrival to Point Mugu, Dec. 1. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
