EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- On March 19, base photographers hit the streets of Eielson asking Icemen, "For this year's March Madness college basketball tournament, President Obama has chosen Louisville Cardinals, North Carolina Tar Heels, Memphis Tigers and Pittsburgh Panthers in his Final Four bracket.
