An airman first class from 354th Maintenance Squadron, signed a false official statement to reflect that he was purchasing a firearm for himself, when he was actually purchasing it for another Airman. The airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman, restriction to Eielson AFB for 15 days, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand. 

A technical sergeant from 354th Medical Operations Squadron, wrongfully used the patient appointment system to access a patient's telephone number for social reasons. The technical sergeant received a forfeiture of $250 pay, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand. 

A senior airman from 354th Civil Engineering Squadron wrongfully stored a privately owned handgun, bow, sixteen arrows, 716 rounds of ammunition, and a switchblade knife in his dormitory room. The senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class and a reprimand. 

A captain from 18th Aggressor Squadron drove a vehicle in a reckless manner while drunk. The captain received a forfeiture of $2,501 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. 

A senior airman from 354th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, was 55 minutes late for work on one day and an hour and a half late for work on another day. The senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, restriction to Eielson AFB for 45 days, and 45 days extra duty. 

An airman first class form 354th MDOS, was 15 minutes late for work. The airman first class received a reduction to airman and a reprimand. 

A staff sergeant from 354th Comptroller Squadron falsely altered the squadron commander's selections on two DEROS Election RIPs. The staff sergeant received a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand. 

An airman first class from 354th Medical Support Squadron drove a motor vehicle without valid drivers license and also lied to her supervisor on two separate occasions. The airman first class received a reduction to airman basic and a reprimand. 

An airman first class from 354th Security Forces Squadron provided alcohol to individuals under the legal age of 21 years. The airman first class received a suspended reduction to airman and a forfeiture of $784.00 pay per month for two months. 

A senior airman from 354th SFS used his cellular phone while on duty as an aircraft entry controller. The senior airman received a reprimand. 

An airman first class from 354th SFS drank alcohol while under the legal age of 21 years. The airman received a suspended reduction to airman and a forfeiture of $784.00 pay. 

An airman first class from 354th AMXS was drunk on duty. The airman first class received a reduction to airman basic, restriction to Eielson AFB for 30 days, and 30 days extra duty. 

An airman basic from 354th AMXS was stopped for a random vehicle inspection and had a loaded firearm and an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. The airman basic also lied to his supervisor about where his firearm was normally stored. The airman basic received a forfeiture of $699.00 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand. 

An airman first class from 354th Force Support Squadron failed to obey an order given to him by his supervisor to refrain from drinking alcohol prior to a potential recall to duty. The airman first class received a suspended reduction to airman, 15 days restriction to Eielson AFB, and a reprimand. 

A senior airman from 354th AMXS endangered his child by leaving him unattended in his government quarters. The child departed the residence in inclement weather without clothing. The senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, 30 days restriction to Eielson AFB with 15 days suspended, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand. 

A senior airman from 354th Fighter Wing falsified a document in order to break her lease. The senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class and a reprimand.
