Article 15s for the month of January Published Feb. 4, 2008 EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A staff sergeant from the 3rd Air Support Operations Squadron received Article 15 punishment for being drunk and disorderly, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months and 14 days extra duty. An airman first class from the 354th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received Article 15 punishment for drinking underage, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: suspended reduction to the grade of airman, 45 days extra duty with 35 days suspended and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for assault and battery, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman, suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months with forfeitures in excess of $150 pay per month for two months suspended, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand.
