An airman basic from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for underage drinking, in violation of Article 92, Uniformed Code of Military Justice. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $650 pay per month for two months with $325 pay per month for two months suspended, restriction for sixty days with thirty days suspended and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 354th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received Article 15 punishment for negligently failing to complete the requirements to permanently change station, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron received Article 15 punishment for going from her appointed place of duty without authority, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ and for failing to go to her appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 354th LRS received Article 15 punishment for misuse of a government purchase card, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ and for larceny of military property, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic, forfeiture of $650 pay per month for two months with $336 pay per month for two months suspended and suspended sixty days restriction.
