First F-22A Reserve fighter group activates
Lt. Gen. John Bradley, Air Force Reserve Command commander, accepts the 477th Fighter Group guidon from retired Lt. Col. James Warren, a Tuskegee Airmen, as Col. Eric Overturf, 477th Fighter Group commander waits to receive it. Colonel Warren was a member of the 477th Bombardment Group, the 477th FG's predecessor, during World War II.
