Biggest challenge faced so far in your Air Force career:
The biggest challenge I've faced in the Air Force is the constant balance of Air Force and family responsibilities to be an effective husband, father and Air Force leader.

Person who has had the biggest impact/effect on your life and why:
My father, (Ret.) Col. Thermon Moore--He showed me everyday what leadership, professionalism, integrity, selflessness and excellence are all about.

Work philosophy:
To balance mission and people to build an environment of teamwork and cooperation. To ensure effective communication up and down the chain of command and to share success and own failure.
