Commander's/Supervisor's Comments:
"I'm impressed on how he has stepped up to the plate; his workload was doubled (20 new requirements) due to change over in personnel and has been given more responsibility. He administers services and commodity contracts valued at over $150K this fiscal year. He selflessly volunteers his time to both the unit and the community. He possesses a maturity and intellect far above his peers."
