Article 15s for the month of May Published June 18, 2007 By Compiled from staff reports 354th Fighter Wing Judge Advocate EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A senior airman from the 354th Maintenance Squadron received Article 15 punishment for using their government travel card for unauthorized purposes, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class and 30 days extra duty. An airman first class from the 354th Maintenance Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for failure to obey a lawful order from a noncommissioned officer, in violation of Article 91, UCMJ and for failing to follow unit procedures for documenting absences from the duty section, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman. A senior airman from the 354th Maintenance Squadron received Article 15 punishment for being drunk and disorderly, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman from the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron received Article 15 punishment for failure to go on several occasions, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic and forfeiture of $500.00 pay.
