Eielson eIeDOL showcases local talents

The final showdown for Eielson eIeDOL will begin noon June 23 on the main open ouse stage during the Soaring into Solstice air show.

The first two finalists will each sing their competition song before Armed Forces Entertainment presents Maren, a rock band peforming twice during the air show.

The remaining finalists will sing at 3 p.m. before Maren's second performance. The winner will be announced at 5 p.m. in the evening before The Niki Barr band and will have the opportunity to sing their victory song before the concert.

The grand prize winner will receive a Demo recording of their winning song or any song they choose with RedDot Productions of Fairbanks; including a two-hour recording session, background music, and professional mix ($350 value), an LCD digital picture frame that plays video and sound from any flash card donated by Hoitts Audio and Video ($200 value), $100 in Services Bucks, and a $50 gift certificate for apparel from The Hook Up Fashions of Fairbanks.

The second place winner will receive $100 certificate for studio time at RedDot Productions, $50 in Services Bucks, $50 Chili's gift card, and a $50 AAFES gift certificate. The remaining two finalists will receive brunch for two at Pike's Landing compliments of the restaurant.
