Article 15 punishments imposed in March

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  A senior airman from the 18th Fighter Squadron received Article 15 punishment for wrongfully appropriating two government buses, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $121.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 18th Fighter Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for failure to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $121.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman first class from the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for driving while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of Article 111, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman.

An airman from the 354th Contracting Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for being drunk on duty, in violation of Article 112, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $713.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman first class from the 354th Maintenance Squadron received Article 15 punishment for being drunk and disorderly, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $250.00 pay, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 354th Maintenance Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for failure to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman.

An airman first class from the 354the Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for attempted larceny of a Playstation 2, in violation of Article 80, UCMJ, wrongful appropriation of a dormitory vacuum cleaner, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ and unlawful entry into a dormitory room, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic and forfeiture of $650.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman first class from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for willfully failing to comply with base insurance requirements and for failure to report a traffic citation to his commanding officer or supervisor, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $200.00 pay, and suspended forfeiture of $400.00 pay.

A senior airman from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received Article 15 punishment for failure to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ and for failure to attach an exhaust hose to a vehicle running indoors, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months.

An airman from the 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron received vacation of suspended Article 15 punishment for being disrespectful in language and deportment to a superior non-commissioned officer, in violation of Article 91, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of 340.00 pay.
