Article 15 punishments imposed in February Published April 2, 2007 By Compiled from staff reports 354th Fighter Wing Public Affairs EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- An airman basic received Article 15 punishment for failure to obey a lawful order to remain in quarters, in violation of Article 92, Uniformed Code of Military Justice. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended forfeiture of $650.00 pay for two months and a reprimand. A senior airman received Article 15 punishment for making a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ and larceny, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. A senior airman received Article 15 punishment for failure to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ and making a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Forfeiture of $250.00 pay for two months and 21 days extra duty. An airman first class received Article 15 punishment for disobeying a lawful order to remain in quarters, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman and a reprimand. An airman first class received Article 15 punishment for underage drinking, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ and making a false official statement, in violation of Article 107, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman and suspended forfeiture of $340.00 pay. A senior airman received Article 15 punishment for failure to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman first class and suspended forfeiture of $864.00 pay.
