Sixteen Icemen graduate NCO academy

Sixteen technical sergeants recently graduated from the College of Enlisted Professional Military Education's NCO academy at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska.

The academy expands leadership abilities of enlisted leaders and strengthens their commitment to the profession of arms by integrating sound leadership, communication skills, and military studies principles and concepts throughout the curricula.

The College for Enlisted Professional Military Education is responsible for the instructional programs and faculty development for all Air Force Enlisted Professional Military Education Programs.
