Army brings heat to Alaska
U.S. Army Staff Sgts Dan Line and Carl Roush set up satellite radio communications in preparation of close-air-support missions during RED FLAG-Alaska 10-1 Oct. 12, 2009 Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The soldiers advise commanders on the capabilities and employment of air power, ensure synchronization into the ground commanders' battle plan, and provide terminal attack control for close-air-support missions.
