Airman 1st Class Marcus Hall uses online resources to provide customer support via telephone August 15, 2011, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The Eielson Network Control Center is responsible for more than 2,200 computers on the base and ensures that all network patches are up to date on each Airman's computer on Eielson.
