Eielson, UAF team up for EME
University of Alaska, Fairbanks staff conducts a disaster response exercise July 27, 2011, at the UAF campus. The two-day exercise focused on different aspects of emergency response and involved several different military and civilian agencies. Because college campuses have recently been targets of violence, the exercise allowed a good overview of what different agencies have to offer in terms of resources and what they can bring to the fight.
