AAFES recognizes Eielson's "You Made the Grade" winner

Army Air Force Exchange Service recognizes Kacey Dwyer as a "You Made the Grade" savings bond winner June 7, 2011, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. As the second place winner of "You Made the Grade" drawing, the 11 year-old received a $3,000 in savings bonds as a reward to efforts in the classroom. She is accompanied by her parents, Master Sgt.
