Colonel Lynn Scheel signs his donation for the Air Force Assistance Fund Jan. 24, 2011, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Last year, the AFAF raised $7.49M Air Force wide. Col. Scheel is the Vice Commander of the 354th Fighter Wing.
