Soldiers hand off spent shell casings July 28, 2010, Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex, Alaska. The casings are from the Mk-19, a belt-fed automatic grenade launcher used in training operations on the JPARC. The JPARC offers the military 67,000 square miles to conduct necessary training.
