Construction completed on Kodiak

A 354th Civil Engineer Squadron Airman operates the drill Jan. 12, 2010, on Eielson Air Force Base. The Kodiak Street construction restored heat to 16 housing units that had lost their heating ability due to a leak in a pipeline. They worked in temperatures as low as 44 degrees below.
