EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska--Wing leadership signed a Voluntary Protection Program agreement Jan. 17 solidifying the Wing's commitment to achieve safety and health excellence through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Pictured are: Col. Mark Moore, 354th Operations Group commander, Brig. Gen. Mark Graper, 354th Fighter Wing commander, Col.
