Replace Chapel Center
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska--Pacific Air Forces announced Nov. 9 at the Design, Project Manager, and Agent Awards Program at Hickam AFB, Hawaii, that the Replace Chapel Center here was awarded the Top Concept Design Category Award. Eielson's new chapel will serve as a multi-faith worship center. By winning the PACAF-level award, Eielson's entry was approved to compete in the U.S. Air Force Design Awards Program.
