Eielson Hawg dismantled
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska--Master Sgts. Timothy McIntosh and David Pearson, both 354th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, with Staff Sgt. William Neely, Senior Airman Austin Mauch, both 354th Maintenance Squadron, work together to hook up winch cables as the inactive A-10A used for ground training is being prepared for loading into a C-5 Galaxy Oct. 6 on the flightline. The inactivated A-10 was dismantled into six seperate parts for transport to Robbins AFB, Ga., to be used as a static display in front of the Museum of Aviation Flight and Technology Center.
