Honoring Those Who Are Never Forgotten

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Airmen of the 354th Fighter Wing await the arrival of Brig. Gen. Mark Graper, 354th Fighter Wing commander, during the Prisoner Of War and Missing in Action (POW/MIA) Recognition Day retreat ceremony at Heritage Park on September 21, 200. The ceremony was a base-wide function honoring all POW/MIA.
