EIELSON AFB, Alaska -- Two F-15E Strike Eagles are seen through heat shimmer of jet exhaust as they taxi down the runway behind a trail of more than a dozen jets participating in Red Flag Alaska July 19, 2007. More than 80 aircraft and 1500 servicemembers from 6 different countries are flying together over the Last Frontier July 12-27 to sharpen their combat skill in simulated combat sorties.
