Eielson Chapel Groundbreaking Ceremony

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Brig. Gen. Dave Scott, 354th Fighter Wing commander, Chaplain (Maj.) David Terrinoni, 354th FW wing chaplain, Jeff Putnam, 354th Civil Engineer Squadron deputy commander, and Jim Stonebreaker, Koonce, Pfeffer, Bettis, Inc. Architect-Engineer company, break ground on the Eielson chapel during a ceremony June 14 at the future location of the $14 million, 29,000 sq. ft. facility.
