EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Two A/OA-10 Thunderbolt II aircrafts from the 355th Fighter Squadron and three F-16 Fighting Falcons aircraft from the 18th Fighter Squadron fly in formation over the Pacific Alaska Range Complex May 29. The 18th FS conducts air operations for combat-ready F-16 aircraft, working closely with the 355th FS to provide close air support, forward air control (airborne), battlefield air interdiction, and offensive counter air.
