Sharing Radar
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A radar screen located in the flight tower May 23 keeps track of in-flight aircraft. The radar in Eielson's control tower is linked off of a radar screen located at an airport in Fairbanks, a near by city, which is also the place planes are told to land if conditions are too harsh here at Eielson.
