Police Week
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Jenni Osborne, Health and Wellness Center national passenger safety technician, conducts a car-seat safety inspection for Mrs. Michelle Dachel and members of Eielson AFB during Police Week May 19. Police Week is an annual event hosted by the 354th Security Forces Squadron in honor of National Police Week. Among many of the activities during the week is making sure parents are aware of the many dangers facing improper car seat installation. Of the 21 car seats inspected, 13 were improperly installed; therefore 13 potential lives were saved. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Tia Schroeder)
